The Italian Ministry of Tourism has postponed, from June 15, 2025 to December 15, 2025, the deadline by which cadastral owners of open-air accommodation facilities must submit the documents required to update the cadastral map and the Building Cadastre.
The initiative was introduced to ensure the consistent nationwide application of the new rules establishing the non-cadastral relevance of movable structures (mobile homes and maxi-caravans) within open-air accommodation facilities. The measure is intended to enable both the Italian Revenue Agency to standardize procedures and cadastral owners to follow a single interpretative approach for the correct identification of assets to be registered and assessed.
